He concentrates on residential and commercial real estate law, as well as probate, estate planning and corporate law. He excels at loan and purchase closings, title examination and title insurance.

Liz Thompson is an award winning real estate attorney in Savannah, Georgia with over twenty-five years of experience in Savannah and Macon, Georgia, handling purchase and refinance transactions, both residential and commercial, and other ancillary real estate work. She is also a licensed mediator.

Triece Gignilliat Ziblut is a partner in the RTZ Law firm in Savannah, Georgia. She has practiced commercial and residential real estate law for over 19 years, serving a variety of clients including purchasers, sellers, homebuilders, developers, lenders and title insurance companies. She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and the State Bars of Georgia and South Carolina.
Matthew D. Morelli
Associate
Matthew D. Morelli joined RTZ Law as an Associate in August 2013 following his graduation from law school. Matt assists clients in matters involving real estate, corporate law and estate planning. During both summers of law school, Matt worked as a Summer Associate with a prominent Savannah law firm, where handled projects in a variety of practice areas, including litigation and real property law.
